When you are selected for a permanent position with one of our clients and you accept the terms of employment, you will be employed directly by the client, rather than having a contract with Dweet. We will organise and support you throughout the recruitment process. Once you start your new position we will also stay in touch to ensure everything is clear and you have everything you need to integrate into the role. We charge a placement fee which is paid by our client, there is no cost to you.
