Is familiar with your work and feels positive about it
Was your direct manager or in a position of authority within the company or otherwise has a position within luxury & fashion that will mean something to a peer in the industry
You are confident that they are happy to be contacted by Dweet to provide a recommendation
Please note, if the company where you worked with this individual is not listed in your Work History, you can add another entry with the company name and then request the recommendation
